I should have not reviewed this disc, as its content has as much to do with progressive art as a child's tricycle with a starship. Just to warn you, readers, I decided to dedicate some time to these "Adventures in Science Fiction" and drop a few lines about them. Sci-Fi is my favorite reading (my favorite writers being Neal Stephenson, William Gibson, Stanislaw Lem and Philip Dick, amongst others), but what Mr. Peek presents on this, his first CD are tiny stories somewhere in the vein of the Star Trek series, sung to music that is both standard and plain, with a distinct pop feeling throughout. Avoid this output. VM: June 11, 2007 |
